The lush, alpine vegetation surrounding Zurich is the perfect location to host this beautiful modern villa and its vaste, verdant terrace that offers an escape from the pressures of urban everyday life and fin calm, peace, tranquillity. In the private garden, Zingg Gartengestaltung played with various U shapes in combination with K pebbles. The astonishing yet low manteinance effect is given by the use of Atelier Vierkant pots and vases. The line of pots displayed at the entrance fills the whiteness of the walls and of the wide terrace, while the organic shapes and natural textures of OF, U and UH models act as a link between them. The alternated height of the planted vegetation convey also an additional sense of volume and variation. . Large white U vases planted with burgungy-colored Acer and Thymus can be found along the wall covered with green rampantm, creating a delicate yet vivid chromatic contrast between cold and warm colors.
